2600 made according to Wikipedia if it has the Rover V8. If not, about 9000.

MGB GT, my dad has one and they are fairly common as far as classic cars from what i've seen. In Europe they even made a version of this car up until the mid 90s. They were in production since the 60s. So you can imagine there are a lot.

Not rare. If you want just a normal coupe, over 125,000 of them were made. If you want an MGC GT, they're a bit rarer, with just 4458 made. If you want an MGB GT V8, 2,591 of those were built. The GT V8 was never sold in the US though.

The chrome bumper model you've got pictured is the more sought after one. During its life a rubber bumper MGB GT was brought out to meet new us safety laws, but they sell for alot less.

And then you have the v8 models that have started changing hands for silly money. Lovely little british sports cars

Not insanely rare, but definitely not common. They are less common than the roadster, I believe.

Not very. Still a lot of them on the road and available. I prefer the GT if you live in a rainy area. They leak a lot less.

Depends if its a MGB GT or a MGC GT. The MGB had a I4 and roughly 125k were produced, an MGC had an I6 and only about 10k were made. The MGC is more desirable due to its rarity and powertrain

Rostyle wheels, not often seen nowadays (except on something like this!)

There's loads here in the UK. It's our Ford Mustang. I really really want one with a Rover V8 and Jag IRS. Not uncommon modifications over here. Kickass little cars :)
